Which AI engines do you track?

ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. ChatGPT runs on managed keys included in your plan; Claude and Gemini run on your own API keys, encrypted on our side. Google AI Overviews has no public API, so it is not measured today — we say so openly instead of estimating.

Are the metrics reliable?

AI answers vary between runs. That is why every sweep asks the same fixed prompts in the same order, and why the report declares its methodology. We report what the engines answered — no scores are invented and no ranking is guaranteed.

What does "white-label" include?

Your agency name, accent color and logo on the client report, and delivery from your workspace by email or printable PDF. It is included from the Lite plan, not a top-tier extra.

Can I use my own API keys?

Yes. Keys for Claude and Gemini are optional and stay encrypted (AES-256-GCM). You pay your provider directly — Citerank adds no markup on BYOK usage.

Can I cancel or change plan?

Any time from the dashboard: upgrade, downgrade or switch between monthly, quarterly (−20%) and annual (−30%) billing.
